- Zone 2 : A zone reasonably equipped with basic infrastructures.
- Zone 3 : A zone lowly equipped with basic infrastructures.

- 20 kilometres far from the port and international airport of Cotonou ;
- equipped with the most important road network of the country ;
- at the doorstep of the biggest African market : Nigeria (8km far from the Nigerian border) .
